The two-part hanging set consists of a vertical holding axis and an approximately 35 cm long extension arm. The retaining ring on the boom features a unique shape that prevents the punching bag suspension from slipping out. We recommend using nylon hangers or hanging a punching bag spring between them to reduce the noise level.
