Upgraded with the optionally available body shield, the training unit is equipped with a further plus in terms of safety. The torso with a head is realistically designed from high-quality PU foam and sits on a stable steel spring. As a result, the “Punchboy” works with you and surprises you with a healthy portion of momentum. There is an excellent base in this set for a firm stand, which you can fill with either sand or water. Thanks to the height adjustment, the “Punchboy” has a target pad at the height of 180 cm to 220 cm.
